Quality: Our Customers must have absolute faith that the products we sell to them are right first time. Errors can cost our customers time and money and therefore must always be avoided.
Delivery Lead Time: To allow our customers to plan their production and stores capacity, product delivery must be on time, every time.
Specification: Research and development carried out at Lawtronic is charged with ensuring that our customers are offered the latest, most suitable technology at all times. We will not over or under specify designs or products.
Account Maintenance: We believe that if we deliver our customers requirements accurately, effectively, and on time then the benefits of outsourcing with Lawtronic outweigh any input required by the customer. We will ensure that systems are in place at all times to carry out our customers instructions rapidly and with the minimum amount of cost to them.
