We are big believers in ‘growing your own’. So naturally apprenticeships are important at Lawtronic. We partner with the College Of West Anglia to provide the modern apprenticeship scheme for our next generation of engineers; whether you are fresh out of high school, or have already started college, there may be a place waiting for you!
For the past 30 Years we have sponsored anywhere from 1 to even 4 apprentices each year.
Depending on the individuals current level and drive to go onto higher education, the length of the program can range anywhere from 3 to 6 years that is tailored to your interests and ambitions. This way we believe we can maximise the benefits to both the individual and Lawtronic, keeping our apprentices engaged by making sure they are enjoying what they are doing, knowing what they are working towards,
12 of our current workforce are derived from our apprentices and 8 of whom have been here for 10 years + and 2 of them have been here for over 25 years!

While Apprenticeships are incredibly important to us we do love to bring in individuals from the outside. This brings us a fresh set of eyes and can offer a new outlook going forward.
This gives us insight into how others do things and allows an opportunity to learn new things and develop as a company as much as our employees can develop within it.
We ensure that our staff are involved, trained and developed to the highest competency and technical standards to enable us to meet our business and customers' needs.
To compliment this commitment we maintain a continuous Business, Cellular and Personnel Development Plan.
